Erie Gives broke all records…again!
Erie's Annual Donate to Non-Profits Day was another smash success!
The PA Steelhead Association received a no-strings-attached donation of $509.00 for us to put toward our non-profit charter! What a fantastic result for the PSA's first year as a participant. Thank you to the Erie Community Foundation for creating this event! Thank you to the Non-Profit Partnership for your guidance with applying to be a part of Erie Gives Day 2021. Just to recap the success of Erie residents' hard work:
- 438 nonprofits received a record breaking: $7,057,176!
- 251 nonprofits received at least one gift of $1,000 or more.
- 97 nonprofits received $5,000 or more.
- 43 nonprofits received $10,000 or more.
- The gross prorated match amount was 6.26% credit card fees were 2.6%. If your donations were given by credit card, the net match would be 3.66% If gifts were made by check, there is no credit card fee. Therefore, each nonprofit’s average net prorated match will differ depending on the method by which gifts were received.
