At the 2016 Fall Run Banquet, Board member, International Coastal Cleanup Coordinator, and TightLines Newsletter editor Sam Zacour was also honored with the 2016 PSA Angler Award. His plaque read: “Sam has been instrumental in his participation in all facets of the Association. His monthly newsletter has been an outstanding vehicle that not only keeps the members informed but the public as well.” Sam also volunteers for stream and access projects and well as helping the 3-C-U Trout co-op maintain its raceways and stock their browns and steelhead!
